    By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

    Explain foundational communication concepts relevant to managerial roles
    Develop clear, purposeful messages for workplace situations
    Apply verbal and nonverbal communication techniques effectively
    Tailor messages to different audiences and communication objectives
    Communicate effectively downward with frontline employees
    Communicate professionally upward with senior management
    Upon completion, learners are eligible for 2 CEU hours through ATD/HRCI/SHRM.
