The Residential Construction & Plumbing Technician Program prepares learners for hands‑on roles in one of today’s most essential industries, homebuilding and residential plumbing. This program combines practical construction training with plumbing fundamentals and OSHA 10 safety instruction, equipping learners with the skills, confidence, and jobsite readiness to contribute from day one.

By completing this program, learners will be able to:
Apply core construction and plumbing safety practices, including OSHA 10 principles
Use tools, materials, and equipment safely and effectively on residential jobsites
Perform entry‑level plumbing tasks such as measuring, cutting, joining, and installing piping and fixtures
Understand basic plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage
Assist residential construction crews with jobsite setup, workflow, and material handling
Communicate effectively, follow directions, and support productivity on active worksites
Upon completion, learners will be eligible to sit for the OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 exams.
