Focuses on official ICD‑10‑CM coding and reporting guidelines. Learners examine principal diagnosis selection, reporting additional diagnoses, and outpatient diagnostic coding requirements.
Module 3: Chapter Guidelines – Part I
Covers condition‑specific coding rules and guidelines for selected ICD‑10‑CM chapters, including infectious diseases, neoplasms, endocrine disorders, mental health, nervous system conditions, eye conditions, circulatory diseases, respiratory diseases, and skin disorders.
Module 4: Chapter Guidelines – Part II
