The Frontline Manager Simulation Course immerses learners in a realistic, decision‑driven environment where they apply management best practices to real‑world challenges. Participants step into the role of a newly promoted frontline manager overseeing Dragonfly Service’s sales team, navigating the critical first three months of leadership. Through interactive scenarios, learners experience the complexities of coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and change management, building confidence and competence in a safe, hands‑on setting.
Upon successful completion of the simulation, learners will be able to:

Navigate conflict resolution and performance challenges with professionalism
Practice change management strategies during periods of transition
Communicate openly and effectively with team members and leadership

Upon completion learners are eligible for 10 CEU hours through HRCI/SHRM/ATD.
