The Fitness and Nutrition Coaching program prepares learners to guide individuals toward healthier, more active lifestyles through personalized fitness and wellness strategies. Offered by our accredited school partners, this comprehensive program combines evidence‑based nutrition principles, physical fitness training, and stress management with business and coaching fundamentals. Upon successful completion of the Fitness and Nutrition Coaching course, learners will be prepared to sit for the NCCB Certified Health and Fitness Coach (CHFC) national certification exam.
Upon successful completion of the Nutritional Consultant course, learners will be prepared for entry‑level roles as nutritional coaches and to sit for the NCCB Certified Nutritional Coach (CNC) national certification exam.
This class is an independent-study course. Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material. A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
