    Introduces logistics information systems, inventory control, warehousing and distribution operations, performance measurement, and financial and technological influences across inbound, outbound, reverse, and third‑party logistics.
    Module 2: Procurement and Supply Management
    Examines the shift from transactional purchasing to strategic supply management, focusing on supplier sourcing, relationship management, ethical and sustainable practices, risk management, and the impact of e‑procurement and emerging technologies.
    Module 3: Supply Chain Management Basics
    Explores core supply chain concepts including supplier evaluation, logistics integration, inventory management, communication across supply networks, risk mitigation, and global supply chain trends.
    Module 4: Understanding and Managing Budgets
