Upon successfully completing the Administrative Assistant course, students will be eligible to sit for the National Certification Board (NCBC) exam to earn the Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) credential. Completion of the Microsoft® Office 2019 course prepares students to take the Microsoft Office 2019 certification exams.
This class is an independent-study course. Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material. A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.
