The Wedding Consultant Program prepares learners to expertly plan, coordinate, and execute weddings while building a successful consulting business. Through comprehensive modules, learners master ceremony planning, receptions, traditions, vendor coordination, budgeting, and day‑of logistics. The program also covers business foundations, services, pricing, legal considerations, marketing, and financial tracking, equipping learners to deliver seamless events and operate professionally as portable, full‑service wedding consultants.
Module 1: The Ceremony Planner
Ceremony vision and tone, officiants and participants, locations, programs, rehearsals, texts, personal beliefs, and planning tools.
Module 2: Wedding Vows, Traditions, and Event Design
Budgeting and timelines, guest lists, décor and transformations, flowers, photography, music, attire, receptions, invitations, cakes, favors, and day‑of coordination.
Module 3: The Wedding Consultant Business
Consultant roles and duties, services and fees, market development, mission and business planning, legal considerations, costs, vendor networks, marketing, online presence, and financial tracking.
Module 4: The Portable Wedding Consultant
Comprehensive logistics including attire and accessories, ceremonies, family dynamics, finances, invitations, honeymoons, children, beauty services, rehearsals, gifts, transportation, videography, and wedding cakes.
By completing this program, the learner will be able to:
Plan and manage wedding ceremonies from vision to rehearsal and execution

Upon successful completion of this program, learners will be prepared to sit for the NCCB national certification exam to become a Certified Wedding Planning Professional (CWPP).
