    By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

    Define work‑life balance and explain its importance for managers
    Identify major sources of work‑life balance conflict
    Assess personal priorities, goals, and boundaries related to work and life
    Identify strategies for reducing screen time and digital overload
    Evaluate methods for managing stress and preventing burnout
    Explain the importance of setting limits and saying “no” when appropriate
    Apply strategies for achieving balance over short, medium, and long time horizons
    Describe ways organizations can support employees in achieving work‑life balance
    Upon completion, learners are eligible for 2 CEU hours through ATD/HRCI/SHRM.
