By completing this program, the learner will be able to:
Apply medical terminology and anatomy & physiology knowledge to accurate code assignment
Select and apply ICD‑10‑CM diagnosis codes, CPT® procedure codes, and HCPCS modifiers correctly
Interpret medical documentation and maintain HIPAA‑compliant records
Apply coding guidelines, payer rules, and regulatory requirements to real‑world scenarios
Accurately complete insurance forms and support reimbursement processes
Demonstrate readiness to sit for the AAPC CPC exam (with CPC‑A apprentice status if experience is pending)
Upon completion of this program, learners will be eligible to sit for the Certified Professional Coder exam. A voucher for testing is included.
