    Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:

    Identify common workplace hazards across general industry environments and explain how OSHA standards address them.

    Describe worker rights and employer responsibilities under OSHA regulations.

    Apply basic hazard‑recognition skills to prevent injuries related to slips, trips, falls, electrical exposure, chemicals, and machine operations.

    Interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and explain key elements of the Hazard Communication Standard.

    Select and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on job‑site conditions and identified risks.

    Explain safe practices for walking‑working surfaces, material handling, ergonomics, and emergency action planning.

    Demonstrate understanding of OSHA‑required safety procedures by meeting CareerSafe® assessment and course‑completion requirements.

    Recognize the importance of safety culture and how individual actions contribute to a safer workplace.
    Upon completion of this program, learners will be eligible to sit for the OSHA-30 exam and will receive an OSHA 30 (wallet card)
