    By the end of this course, the learner will be able to:

    Describe the key differences between teams and groups
    Identify types of teams and characteristics of effective team performance
    Explain Edgar Schein’s decision‑making strategies for teams and groups
    Apply strategies for building and empowering effective teams
    Recall the stages of Bruce Tuckman’s model of team development
    Use methods to understand and motivate team members
    Select strategies that foster diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety
    Apply techniques to encourage creativity and innovation within teams
    Identify tools that support collaboration and teamwork
    Apply strategies for managing teams in remote and hybrid environments
    Identify effective approaches for managing and resolving team conflict
    Upon completion, learners are eligible for 3 CEU hours through ATD/HRCI/SHRM.
