    Identify the components of emotional intelligence and explain their importance to leadership
    Explain how organizational culture influences leadership effectiveness
    Describe the five primary conflict management styles
    Apply best practices for communicating with direct reports
    Upon completion, learners are eligible for 3 CEU hours through ATD/HRCI/SHRM.
