Module 1: General Security Concepts
Introduces foundational cybersecurity principles. Learners explore core concepts such as confidentiality, integrity, availability, risk assessment, threat actors, attack vectors, and the role of Security+ as a baseline industry and DoD‑approved certification.
Module 2: Cryptographic Solutions & Threats
Focuses on cryptography fundamentals, including encryption methods, hashing, digital certificates, and key management. Learners examine how cryptographic solutions protect data and how cryptographic weaknesses can be exploited.
Module 3: Vulnerabilities, Indicators of Malicious Activity & Mitigation
Examines common vulnerabilities and threat indicators. Learners identify malicious activity, analyze exploits, and apply mitigation strategies to reduce risk in enterprise security environments.
Module 4: Secure Network & Cloud Infrastructures and Data Protection
Covers securing traditional networks and cloud environments. Learners explore secure architecture design, segmentation, secure protocols, and strategies for protecting sensitive data in transit and at rest.
Module 5: Resilience, Recovery & Secure Asset Management
