    Module 1: The Foundations of Personal Creativity
    Introduces the concept of personal creativity and explores how creativity originates within individuals. Learners examine the psychological and practical foundations of creativity and identify key characteristics that influence creative potential.

    Module 2: Creative Thinking Styles
    Focuses on understanding different modes of thinking, including vertical (logical) and lateral (innovative) thinking. Learners explore how right‑ and left‑brain processes contribute to creative problem solving.

    Module 3: Creative Tools & Techniques
    Explores practical creativity tools drawn from Adrian Brown’s Creativity and Innovation. Learners practice applying techniques such as mind mapping, SCAMPER, random input, and DO‑IT to generate and refine ideas.

    Module 4: Applying Creativity to Organizational Challenges
    Demonstrates how personal creativity can be applied to real‑world and organizational challenges. Learners practice using creative tools to generate solutions, improve innovation, and address complex problems.

    Module 5: Measuring & Sustaining Creativity
    Examines the challenges of measuring creativity and assessing creative output. Learners explore evaluation approaches and strategies for sustaining creativity over time in both personal and professional contexts.
    Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
