    Module 2: Learning Objectives and Assessment Strategies
    Focuses on defining learning objectives, assessing learner performance, and applying Bloom’s Taxonomy and cognitive load principles.
    Module 3: Online and Blended Learning Models
    Examines online, blended, adaptive, narrative, and peer‑based learning approaches and their instructional uses.
    Module 4: Interactivity and Engagement in Learning
    Addresses strategies for learner engagement, including interactivity, multimedia, games, and varied instructional activities.
    Module 5: Instructional Models and Scaffolding
