    Module 2: Overcoming Barriers to Assertiveness

    Identifying and rethinking stressors, beliefs, and challenges

    Module 3: Becoming Assertive I

    Developing nonverbal assertiveness, self‑awareness, and confidence

    Module 4: Becoming Assertive II

    Giving feedback, handling criticism, managing discomfort, and setting boundaries
    Following completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

    Understand and distinguish between different assertive communication styles.
    Identify personal and situational barriers to assertiveness.
    Recognize nonverbal cues that convey confidence and assertiveness.
    Accept positive feedback with confidence and professionalism.
    Explain the importance of giving positive feedback and identify appropriate forms of constructive criticism.
