This course is designed for individuals who want to become more confident, decisive, and assertive in their personal and professional lives. Offered through accredited school partners, the program teaches practical assertiveness skills that help learners strengthen relationships, communicate clearly, and earn respect from colleagues, family, and peers. Learners gain tools to express themselves effectively while maintaining respect for others.

Developing nonverbal assertiveness, self‑awareness, and confidence

Giving feedback, handling criticism, managing discomfort, and setting boundaries
Following completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
